RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with HonFacsto. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We have designed our returns policy to be easy to understand and to comply with all distance selling regulations. If you are having a problem with your item, or wish to discuss returning an item, please contact us in the first instance and a member of our team will be able to advise further.

  • WITHTHE ORIGINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION

Please include your full name and address and order number (if available) inside the parcel, so we can easily identify the sender. Once the item has been received at our warehouse, and we will submit a full refund for the item cost back to the original payment method used to make the order. Please Note: This processing time varies depending on the bank or financial institution.

  • WITHOUTTHE ORIGINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION

Item without the original sales receipt or not in its original packaging may be accepted at HonFacsto’s discretion. In such an event, the lowest system price will be refunded as a store credit/gift card.

You can return all the items purchased from HonFacsto for any reason: no shipping charges. The item must be returned in new and unused condition for a full refund or replacement within 6 months of receipt.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, or if you have received the wrong item, shipping fees will be reimbursed.

If you are experiencing a technical problem with your item, please contact us, as many issues can be resolved quickly and easily. Please provide as much information as possible, and if images can be supplied, this can help us easily diagnose the problem with your item.

*Exceptions:

1.Gift cards, gift certificates and store credits cannot be exchanged or returned for cash or credit.

2.Damaged or defective products are subject to the legal or manufacturer’s warranty, as applicable.

Notwithstanding this Return Policy, HonFacsto. reserves the right to limit or refuse a return for a reason not stated above. This Return Policy may be modified at any time without notice.
